I was overwhelmed by the 21 Day Fix when I first discovered the program. I searched online for HOURS for a blog to follow that detailed the entire Fix experience. I wanted daily updates of food intake, exercise details, and an overall review of the program throughout the 21 days.
Because I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I decided to create it. I vowed to document EVERYTHING for you, so that you would be able to see EXACTLY what the Fix entails and learn from my mistakes along the way.
Because I am so long-winded, I split the posts into three-day blocks. Below, you’ll find tips, stories, lots of Fix-approved recipes, and reviews of the 21 Day Fix workouts. You’ll also read about my emotional transition throughout the three weeks as I lost 17 pounds.
P.S. Did you know? I did a VEGAN round of the 21 Day Fix! Yup! Lost ten pounds during that round and rode an emotional roller coaster the entire time.
